Support Agreements

For bespoke solutions that are produced by us, we offer a support agreement.

No software solution is bug-free or does not have occasional data issues or user usage problems. Therefore, any business dependent on a specific software solution or bespoke software website should have a support agreement in place.

Such an agreement sets out the response times for different issues and what levels of support are covered by the contract. They will outline what work is provided for a fixed monthly payment and what work is beyond the scope of any agreement.

This will give you peace of mind, knowing that if you or your user have any issues, we are here to help.
